1. Strategic objectives of the network program
The program aims to develop a network that fosters collaboration, innovation, safety and sustainability of member companies and to achieve cost savings in procurement, more efficient personnel management and greater profitability in the management of accommodation facility rooms.
· Increase the profit of member enterprises
The pivotal goal of the program is based on saving expenses and increasing the profit of the companies involved through a combination of strategies, including cost reduction, sales optimization and expansion of opportunities business generated by the innovative platform developed for this purpose (Sibylla Platform).
· Create economies of scale and savings for the Purchase of Goods
The program aims to achieve economies of scale through collaboration among the participating enterprises. By sharing resources and collectively purchasing goods and services, it is expected to achieve financial and operational benefits that will contribute to the reduction of overall costs.
· Reduce sales commissions
It is intended to reduce sales commissions for B2C and B2B transactions. This objective aims to improve the profitability of participating companies by enabling them to retain a greater share of the profits generated from sales.
· Activate agreements for the secondment of personnel
It is intended to activate arrangements for the secondment of personnel from participating companies to create a centralized sales and booking department. This initiative aims to reduce the cost business of network enterprises through the sharing of human resources and the optimization of sales and booking activities.
· Reduce the impact of overbooking
Optimization of resources within the Network aims to reduce the incidence of problems of overbooking in the accommodations involved. This objective will help to improve the efficiency of operations and the overall customer experience.
· Increase innovation in member companies
Promoting applied business research and the development of advanced technologies that are increasingly accessible, in the first instance through the adoption of the innovative software platform, which will will enable the procurement and distribution of network member enterprises and the development of further solutions by promoting innovation and operational efficiency of the networkists.
Phase I aims at the following objectives:
· Achievement of minimum quotas for the type of Participant, accommodation facilities in detail:o 25 Participants identified as Accommodation Facilities o,
o total of 1,500.00 rooms (where reached with less than 25 participants)
Achievement of the minimum quota target for the type of Participant, Accommodation Facility or rooms for Phase I prefixed, allow, with the approval of the joint body, to move on to the activation of the points related to the Phase II of this program.
· Installation of Totem for promoting network sales at major urban junctions in Italy, starting from Termini station in Rome (00185), to ensure affiliated networkers the opportunity to promote and sell their products and services.
· Initial forms of facilitated staff detachment for achieving cost savings. The aim is to optimize human resource utilization to achieve significant cost savings, without compromising the quality of services offered. This facilitated detachment process allows the transfer of some participants' personnel from company areas where there is a surplus of resources.
· Initiation of network purchasing for resource sharing and collective procurement of goods and services, aiming to achieve financial and operational advantages that will contribute to reducing the overall costs for networkers.
· Avviamento di riunioni periodiche (trimestrali) tra Hotel e Tour Operator partecipanti al programma. Le modalità di tali riunioni verranno comunicate dall’organo comune.
Initiation of periodic meetings (quarterly) between hotels and participating tour operators in the program. The details of these meetings will be communicated by the joint body.
